Sometimes I find it difficult to find that right solid color to match a patterned paper, do you have the same trouble?  Well, while doing some research I came across a great service that Bazzill has on their site.  They have taken paper from quite a lot of popular companies like SEI, Little Yellow Bicycle, and more(probably around 30 or so companies) and taken some of their paper lines and matched coordinating colors with them.  It is very easy to use.  Just select the company from the list on the right and then find the paper and then you will get their suggestion of matching Bazzill paper.

Now while it is far from a complete list, they are continually working on it(according to their site).  But I think it is great that they are willing to help you match coordinating colors to your paper.  Take a look and see.  If you like it then bookmark it.

I know that I will probably be the only one that doesn’t need to go out shopping on Friday…. but I will be at the store all day Friday! My sister and I have decided to turn Black Friday to Scrap Friday! So, we are packing leftover turkey sandwiches and bringing the cranberry seirra mist to the store for mass Christmas present making and Christmas card finishing! We turn on the tv for the extra noise and go for it. And just so you know since I will be at the store anyone that wants to come can stop for shopping or scrapping as they need to. Just knock on the door because I will be keeping the door locked. If the lights are on… I am there! Come play or shop with me!

We would like to wish all our friends a Happy Thanksgiving! We hope you enjoy your day!

Hello scrappers!  A time for giving thanks is almost here, just one week from today.  This is time to think of things we are thankful for and spend time with family and friends.

So that we can all have time to spend with family and friends, our shop will be closed for the holiday weekend, Nov.  24th-27th, 2011.  We will re-open on Monday Nov. 28th for normal business hours.

Also, we all know that “Black Friday” is a big day for shopping and get great deals.  Because we are going to be closed on that day, we hold a “Black Saturday” sale Saturday, Nov. 19th(yes, this Saturday).  Starting at 6am, we will open and offer a wonderful percentage of purchases.  As the day rolls on, the discount will decrease.  Now we know it is a Saturday morning and you are all recovering from the work week, but it is definitely worth it to get here early.  We hope to see you here!
